A welcome from the Chair of Governors
This means we have an important role to play in supporting the Academy, to provide the best possible educational experience for our children. The scheme below describes in detail the responsibilities delegated by the Trust to the Governors. The full Governing Body meets twice a term, but much of the work is carried out in three committees, that meet at other times as well. These committees are: Resources, Curriculum and Standards and Ethos. Governors are members of one or more of these depending on their particular interests and skills. The documents below describe other approprate information agout the governors.

As a body we are delegated by the Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust ( please follow the DGAT link for futrther details) to review and oversee the management of the following aspects of the academy: ethos and values, finance, premises, human resources, curriculum and standards.
